ABOUT DCC

Our mission is to promote, encourage, teach, study, create, and discuss cosplay (aka costume play) and related subjects (photography, makeup effects, costuming, theater arts, prop creation, wig styling/creation, etc.) with any DePaul community member interested in any aspect of the subject. It is also to encourage and foster positivity and community among those interested in cosplay.

Our goals are to foster and maintain a welcoming, open environment to those interested in cosplay, encourage cosplayers of all skill levels and experiences, and to create costumes and props by both working together and small workshops run by members of the community.
